Over nearly three decades, Wilson Andrade, through his companies, has built a professional trajectory marked by continuous evolution and cross-industry engagement across multiple international markets. Beginning with software development for the real estate and port logistics sectors in Brazil, his career progressed into critical areas such as social security, banking, and investment banking, with a strong focus on Business Intelligence and process optimization. From 2013 onward, he expanded his scope to healthcare, education, telecommunications, and oil & gas, incorporating automation, information security, and later large-scale Big Data and Data Science initiatives. In the following years, he consolidated international projects in Portugal, France, Poland, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates, leading cloud data initiatives, advanced analytics, graph databases, data governance, and data quality programs—particularly within the banking sector. This trajectory reflects a consistent transition from transactional solutions to strategic data architectures, aligning technology, business, and governance in global contexts.

The Founder: From Intern to Global Entrepreneur

At 15 years old, while living in Rio de Janeiro’s North Zone, Brazil, founder Wilson F.D. de Andrade LinkedIn took his first steps in technology by assembling computers, and soon after became an intern working with Delphi.

From that point on, he continuously evolved into a programmer and software engineer across multiple languages, later expanding his expertise into technologies focused on information and data transformation. At 24 years old, he founded his first company in Brazil dw2software.com , deepening his expertise in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering.

In 2020, he expanded his business to Portugal, and in 2024, he established another company in Dubai www.twodata.ae , delivering data-driven strategic solutions to organizations across Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

With over 25 years of experience, he specializes as a Software and Data Engineer across Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Data Science, and has led teams of more than 100 professionals on large-scale projects. He currently serves as Technology Director at the Brazil–Argentina Chamber of Commerce cecbario.com.br , and co-authored the book “Measuring Instruments in Military Context” book .

His pursuit of knowledge includes two postgraduate degrees in data, one year of in-person master’s studies in psychology, and studies in philosophy at Nova Acrópole, Lisbon. His mission is to unlock organizational potential by empowering people and data, solving complex challenges, and guiding professionals and businesses toward sustainable success.
